We are hiring for the Role: IT Founding Engineer / Software Developer / Junior Engineer / Intern Role: IT Founding Engineer / Software Developer / Junior Engineer / Intern – Strong Builder Track Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Employment Type: Internship Full Time (3–6 months) with potential full-time conversion Organization: MetaNova MedTech Allianz Private Limited About the Role We are looking for a highly capable early-stage developer / Founding Engineer, who can contribute meaningfully to building a production-grade system—not just assist or learn. This role is for individuals who have already built multiple real projects and are comfortable working on live product systems. What You Will Work On - Build and ship real product features across frontend and backend - Work on APIs, integrations, and system workflows - Improve performance, responsiveness, and reliability - Debug issues and contribute to production stability - Support system improvements and feature rollouts - Work closely with the Lead Engineer and founder on product execution Tech Expectations - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) - Working experience with Node.js and/or React (or similar frameworks) - Understanding of APIs, backend communication, and data flow - Basic experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) - Familiarity with Git and version control Must-Have Requirements - Demonstrated ability to build and ship real projects (not just coursework) - Strong problem-solving ability - Ability to work independently - Willingness to take ownership and deliver outcomes - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment What We Are NOT Looking For - Candidates with only theoretical knowledge - Resume-heavy profiles without real builds - Individuals looking only for guided learning What You’ll Gain - Hands-on experience building a real-world product - Exposure to backend systems, integrations, and scaling challenges - Direct mentorship from experienced engineers - Opportunity to transition into a full-time engineering role Compensation - ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on capability) Application Requirements Please share: - GitHub / live project links - What you have built (with links) - Your specific contribution to those projects - A short note on how you approach building a feature end-to-end In case you are the one and would be interested to apply, please reach out with your CV and above details to
