Job Description
Warehouse & Supply Officer | Full Time | Girraween
Shift times: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM or 9AM to 5PM
The Warehouse Assistant role is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are packed and sent by the required dates, and that the warehouse is kept in an organised, clean manner.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and Operations Supervisor, the role will focus on:
- Oversee day to day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, safe work practices, and company policies
- Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records using the ERP system
- Construct and maintain stock / inventory / consumable accounting systems with weekly reporting to the Business Unit Manager (BUMA) and Operations Supervisor
- Hold weekly meetings with Lab Team Leaders regarding lab consumables, inventory and stock levels to ensure continued laboratory operations without delay
- Use the ERP system to manage goods receipt, stock movements, purchase orders, traceability, and reporting
- Liaise with suppliers to identify products, confirm specifications, resolve supply issues, and support procurement activities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (operations, laboratories, logistics, finance) to align warehouse activities with business needs
- Ensure timely availability of consumables and materials to support operational demand
- Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping and organisation
Qualifications
- Manual Handling Certificate (desirable)
- Fork Lifting License
- Previous experience in procurement systems like Coupa or similar (highly desirable)

On the job training will be provided, along with the use of our systems and programs. Previous exposure to a warehouse environment would hold you in good stead, however our successful candidate will have a can‑do attitude and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
