Opportunity

We have a fantastic full‑time permanent opportunity to join our Operations team as a Warehouse Operator based in Eastern Creek NSW. The role supports the Sales, Service and Rentals teams by managing inventory and processing the ordering and storage of all required stock and ensuring all work is completed in a timely manner and according to company policies. As part of the Warehouse team you will be assisting with picking, packing and dispatching of medical equipment.

Your role will involve

  • Ensure that accurate inventory levels are maintained and stock movements are recorded on the correct paperwork;
  • Recording goods movement in the system and periodic monitoring of stock accuracy;
  • Ensure compliance to OH&S requirements and recommend improvements in this area;
  • Order, maintain, and issue spare parts to Service Technicians;
  • Prevent the likelihood of infection being transmitted from any source by performing cleaning duties in accordance to Infection Control Policies;
  • Maintain rental stock availability and maintenance including minor assembly of product;
  • Ensure that all units are in suitable condition, testing and charging for re‑issuing into the market;
  • Arrange or use company vehicles to deliver equipment to customers;
  • Provide basic support within the decontamination facility as required.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a Warehouse / Store person role;
  • Experience in the administration and monitoring of stock;
  • Good understanding of warehouse management systems;
  • Effective communication with all working relationships;
  • Basic computer literacy is required to use in house applications (e.g. Microsoft Windows, MS Office applications, SAP, etc.);
  • Physically fit to safely carry out the duties of the role without significant risk to self or others;
  • Experience within a Healthcare related industry an advantage.
