Role Description

The Warehouse Operator role at Fulfillio is a full-time, on-site position based in Altona, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and accurately storing inventory while following established procedures.

Your day-to-day tasks will include picking and packing orders, preparing goods for dispatch, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and maintaining clean and organised warehouse areas. You will follow all health and safety guidelines, conduct visual checks to prevent damage, and assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

Collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet productivity targets and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfilment is essential.

Qualifications

• This is a full-time position, and applicants must have a valid visa with full working rights in Australia.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential.
• Experience operating machinery such as forklifts (LO & LF licences) is advantageous but not required.
• Demonstrated ability in unloading, packing, and general material handling is desirable.
• Strong awareness of health & safety standards, including safe manual handling practices.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory handling.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work on-site in Altona, VIC.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets.
• Basic computer or RF scanner skills are beneficial.
