Warehouse Operative\/Forklift Driver

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join our Warehouse team, supporting the smooth flow of materials to our production operations. This role is key to ensuring packaging and dry ingredients are prepared, delivered, and tracked efficiently, helping to minimise downtime and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Working closely with Warehouse and Production teams, you will play an important role in keeping operations running seamlessly, while maintaining strong GMP and safety standards across all activities.

Role Overview: Prepare packaging and dry ingredients for the production department. Loading and unloading trailers when required. Key Relationships: Warehouse Supervisor Filling and Packing Supervisors ERP Super-user Key Responsibilities: Operate the forklift safely in all areas of the site, performing all required pre-use safety checks on the truck.

Maintain high GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Highlight any safety concerns to your supervisor promptly and take appropriate action to prevent hazards. Prepare pouches and packaging materials for production.

Load and offload materials from trailers as required, ensuring compliance with safety and handling procedures. Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in the Tropos ERP system (stock control). Ensure any quality concerns or issues are identified and reported in a timely manner to maintain product standards.

Any other duties as required. Key Performance Measures: Production downtime due to waiting for goods from the warehouse. Compliance with GMP standards.

Stock accuracy. Personal Competencies and Qualifications Attention to detail. Excellent timekeeping and reliability.

Strong work ethic. Problem solving skills. The ability to operate both safely and efficiently.
