Job DescriptionWarehouse Operative / Reach Forklift Driver Salary: €38,000 plus bonus Hours: MondayThursday 8:30am5:30pm | Friday 8:30am5:00pm The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Coordinator to take ownership of a busy warehouse operation within a growing business. Working as a key part of the operation, you will take ownership of all goods in and goods out activities, ensuring stock is received, stored, managed and dispatched efficiently. You will work closely with drivers, engineers, carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring an organised and efficient working environment Coordinate all goods in and goods out activities Receive and process incoming deliveries, including palletised stock and international shipments Book stock into the system and ensure accurate inventory records are maintained Store and replenish stock into the correct warehouse locations Prepare and issue materials to drivers, engineers, carriers and customers Coordinate deliveries across Dublin and nationwide distribution partners Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading deliveries Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and stock control Support engineers and operational teams accessing materials and equipment Carry out manual handling duties as required You will ideally have: Previous warehouse or stores experience Experience managing goods in / goods out processes A valid Reach Forklift licence and practical operating experience Strong stock control and inventory management skills Good organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while supporting wider operational teams Good communication skills and a proactive approach If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
