About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing & Warehouse Workers to join our team across Melbourne’s Northern & Western Suburbs. These roles are essential in supporting warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (Some SAT and SUN)

⌚Day, Afternoon & Night (preferences not guaranteed).

Key Responsibilities 

• Assemble, sort & pack products

• Operate basic machinery & equipment 

• Conduct quality checks 

• Maintain a clean & safe workspace 

• Follow safety & hygiene protocols 

• Pick, pack & label items for dispatch 

• Organise stock, inventory counts & rotation 

• Operate forklifts 🦾 (licence required), pallet jacks & tuggers

• Use RF scanners for product tracking 

• Meet daily KPIs & deadlines 

Requirements 

• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience (preferred)

• Physically fit – able to lift & handle materials 

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 

• Familiar with RF scanning (advantage)

• Attention to detail & strong work ethic 

• Positive, team-focused attitude 

• Forklift licence desirable (not essential)
