The Position We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on Warehouse Manager to lead our core operations team. This role is responsible for the meticulous organization, preparation, and maintenance of equipment and inventory.

The ideal candidate is one who leads by example and takes pride in consistency and reliability, working to ensure our on‑site teams have the resources they need for the impactful live, hybrid, and virtual events we produce worldwide. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, technical acumen, and a proactive approach to operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership Lead and manage our both full‑time and temp warehouse teams, working hands‑on alongside them to ensure peak efficiency.

Oversee the accurate preparation and pulling of gear lists for all upcoming events, ensuring every piece of equipment is accounted for and properly staged. Manage the de‑preparation and rigorous quality control (QC) of all returning event equipment, ensuring it’s ready for its next use. Lead and participate in the efficient and safe loading and unloading of gear into vehicles.

Oversee the timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing orders from our trusted vendors. Inventory Management & System Adherence Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to maintaining our inventory software (Flex Rental Solutions) and project management software. Implement and enforce strict rules around the optimal use of floor space, organization, and cleanliness within the warehouse.

Maintain proper stock levels of all consumable and expendable supplies crucial for event production. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date repair and “out of commission” reports for all equipment, coordinating necessary maintenance alongside the Director of Operations. Operational Forecasting & Planning Evaluate workload forecasts and bandwidth constraints, proactively addressing challenges and optimizing resource allocation in coordination with the Director of Operations.

Train and monitor temporary staff in conjunction with the Director of Operations. Qualifications Education & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in the A/V live event production industry. Demonstrated experience leading a team by example in a warehouse or logistics setting.

Preferred experience with Flex Rental Solutions inventory software. Technical & Environmental Strong understanding of live event production equipment use cases on‑site. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor spaces with minimal temperature control for extended periods.

Capable of lifting heavy objects regularly and safely. Soft Skills Cool and collected demeanor under pressure in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Highly detail‑oriented and exceptionally organized personality.

Strong financial acumen related to inventory and operational costs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a harmonious team environment. Ability to work flexible schedules with frequent weekends, as our events demand.
