Heartland Acoustics & Interiors, a leading subcontractor with over 25 years of experience in ceiling and interior solutions, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager/Driver for our Woodinville, WA branch. The Warehouse Manager/Driver will oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and support our projects across the region. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including supervising warehouse staff and maintaining a clean, organized facility Coordinate and execute material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service Receive, inspect, and track incoming freight and materials Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts Manage company tools, equipment, and vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs Coordinate special warehouse projects and support field teams with material and equipment needs Ensure compliance with safety standards and support building and property maintenance Communicate regularly with project managers and superintendents to align warehouse activities with project requirements Prepare and submit timely reports as directed by management Serve as a backup driver as needed for company deliveries Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Current forklift license Experience managing tool, equipment, and material inventory Strong organizational and planning skills Excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing, crouching, and carrying materials Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, as needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred Understanding of construction tools and acoustical materials preferred Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred Commercial Driver License (CDL) preferred Visit our website and check out the work we're proud of!
