Monday to Friday | Day Shift (7:00am-3:00pm or 6:00am-2:00pm)
$38-$42 per hour + Superannuation

Responsibilities
As the Warehouse Leading Hand, you will play a key role in coordinating daily warehouse operations while leading and supporting a team to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
This is a hands-on position where you will work alongside the team while ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Lead, support, and allocate daily tasks to warehouse team members
- Oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and stock movements
- Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Liaise with supervisors, customer service, transport, and operations teams
- Assist with warehouse duties including picking, packing, and dispatch as required
Your Profile
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Prior experience as a Leading Hand, Team Leader, or Warehouse Supervisor
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using RF scanners
- Experience working with WMS and/or ERP systems
- A current Forklift Licence
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
- SAP experience required
