ReAssured Restoration helps homeowners and businesses recover after water, storm, fire and mould damage. We’re looking for a dependable person who takes ownership, communicates confidently and takes pride in doing things properly—every time.

About the role

No two days are the same. You may be:

• Assessing property damage and identifying risks
• Photographing damage and documenting site conditions
• Extracting water and installing specialised drying equipment
• Monitoring moisture within walls and flooring
• Documenting site conditions and findings
• Assisting with water, mould, fire and smoke restoration
• Helping prevent further damage and move properties towards recovery

The role combines physical, technical and customer-focused work.

Following structured onboarding and training, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to develop the skills and confidence required to manage restoration projects.

Our technicians are the face of ReAssured Restoration and often attend properties on behalf of insurers, restoration partners and building contractors.

Your conduct reflects on every organisation involved. You must be professional, confident and personable, and comfortable communicating with homeowners, tenants, insurers, assessors, contractors, tradespeople and other stakeholders—often during stressful circumstances.

What we’re looking for

We’re not necessarily looking for an experienced restoration technician. We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and ready to work
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Completing accurate digital reports using company-supplied iPads and iPhones
• Takes ownership and follows through on commitments
• Uses initiative and remains calm under pressure
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
• Is willing to learn and continually improve
• Is comfortable with practical and physically active work
• Treats people and their property with care and respect
• Experience in restoration, construction, trades, property maintenance or specialist cleaning would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
