Additional Information
We are recruiting for multiple opportunities within the Customer Fulfilment team at IKEA Rhodes:
- Permanent, part-time, 60hrs/fortnight - Pick packing
- Permanent, part-time 50hrs/fortnight - Stock Replenishment
- Permanent, part-time 40hrs/fortnight - Stock Replenishment
These roles require flexibility to work a rotating roster between 4:30am and 12:30pm for the 60‑hour per fortnight position, and between 6:00am and 10:00pm for the 40 and 50‑hour per fortnight positions. Availability is required Monday to Sunday, including the ability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends per month (both Saturday and Sunday), in line with business needs.
As part of the recruitment process, this role requires a pre‑employment check, including a National Police Check for final candidates.
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co‑worker, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Picking, packing, checking, and preparing products for in‑store and online customer orders, ensuring accuracy and productivity targets (KPIs) are met.
- Using scanning and inventory systems to accurately pick orders, manage stock, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Labelling, organising, and preparing orders for dispatch or collection & handing out customer orders.
- Actively contributing to high product availability through accurate replenishment of assigned areas and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishing, and transporting stock within the warehouse using forklifts, material handling equipment, and other machinery where required.
- Following IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and processes to ensure a safe environment for customers and co‑workers.
- Supporting the wider Fulfilment Operations team and assisting with additional tasks as required to meet business needs.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co‑worker you are, or you have:
