What you’ll be doing:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders
Label and package goods for dispatch
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe
Follow stock rotation and shelf replenishment procedures
Assist with stocktake and inventory checks
Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
Report any damaged or missing goods
Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Clear communication and a team-focused attitude
Ability to work independently, take initiative and solve problems
Physically fit and comfortable lifting, moving and handling heavy products throughout the day
Comfortable using stock systems or basic computer programs
Qualifications and extras we value:
Completion of Year 10 or higher
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
Manual handling training
Certificate II or III in Warehouse Operations (preferred but not essential)
