Overview
As VP, Enterprise Sales EMEA you drive strategic, value-based growth for CommerceHub in fintech and payments. You will engage large merchants and digital businesses, guiding multi-stage deals and building senior-level relationships to accelerate market penetration. The role combines deep fintech know-how with commercial discipline to deliver client impact across the EMEA region.
Youโll represent Fiserv as a trusted market-facing leader and collaborate across engineering, product, legal, and success teams to shape client solutions. This is a senior IC role focused on scale, credibility, and transformative opportunities.
Responsibilities- Drive new enterprise business development for CommerceHub across the EMEA region
- Qualify and advance strategic opportunities with large merchants and digital commerce clients
- Engage C-level and senior decision-makers (CFO, CIO, CTO, Heads of Payments, Digital Commerce leaders)
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to contract close
- Maintain and forecast a healthy pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities
- Leverage a network of enterprise buyers, partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate opportunity creation
- Represent Fiserv as a senior market-facing leader with client-first mindset
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver client solutions
- Position CommerceHub capabilities across payment orchestration, acquiring, fraud prevention, tokenization, and payment optimization
- Share client insights and strategic input to shape commercial direction and market expansion priorities
- Proven enterprise B2B sales success in complex fintech/payments/environments
- Strong expertise in card-not-present payments, gateways, omnichannel, and enterprise payment flows
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value strategic deals
- Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders across large merchant organizations in EMEA
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Established market credibility and access to senior decision-maker networks
- Ability to shape strategic opportunities and influence stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience building or leading high-performing enterprise sales environments (note: this role is an IC)
