Job Description

We’re hiring a Vice President - Sales (B2B) for our client, one of India's leading AI-led B2B fintech companies.


As the Vice President - Sales, your responsibilities would be:


  • Owning the full revenue lifecycle, annual sales quotas, and quarterly commitments across the enterprise BFSI portfolio.
  • Cultivating executive relationships with CXO buyers across Tier-1 Banks, NBFCs, and strategic financial institutions.
  • Leading complex, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs, POCs, and regulatory compliance reviews.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performance enterprise sales organization to drive productivity and market growth.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align GTM strategies in a rapidly evolving market landscape.


Requirements


  • 12-15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise B2B technology sales, with at least 8 years selling to BFSI customers.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting multi-million dollar quotas and closing large enterprise deals ($1M+ TCV / 5 Cr+ ACV).
  • Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role managing teams of 10+ sellers across multiple regions.
  • Deep domain fluency in banking/lending technology, regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI), and technology buying patterns.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience structuring complex SaaS, consumption, or outcome-based pricing models.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, comfortable engaging with CXOs, Boards, and external stakeholders.
