The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on digital transformation and engagement. This role involves working remotely and requires a deep understanding of the federal government landscape, procurement processes, and technology needs.

A key aspect of the role is to sell a comprehensive portfolio of best-in-class solutions to drive digital transformation within customer and citizen experience. Experience in selling PaaS, SaaS, or professional services in a contact center solutions environment is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation technologies, including cloud, data, AI, and automation, and the ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations.
