The successful candidate will be responsible for driving ticketing and premium revenue across all athletic properties, leading the strategic vision, sales execution, and experience for an exclusive private club. This role involves setting and achieving annual revenue goals, overseeing the sales of various ticketing and premium inventory, and ensuring elite food, beverage, and service experiences for club members and guests. The VP will also be tasked with developing innovative engagement and programming, as well as managing client and stakeholder relationships. Candidates for this executive position should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive leadership experience in ticket sales, premium seating, hospitality, or revenue generation within sports, entertainment, or live events. Essential qualifications include a proven track record of leading large sales teams, delivering sustained revenue growth, and managing client relationships at an executive level. Strong business acumen, exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are a must. While not mandatory, experience in collegiate athletics, familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems, and a background in premium hospitality venues or membership-based experiences are preferred. The role requires a strategic leader who can align with institutional stakeholders and is adept at cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of integrated revenue strategies.
