About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, CRM Developer to lead the strategic development and integration of CRM technologies within a high-performing IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation in CRM workflows, enhancing both on-premise and cloud-based applications, and shaping the organization's CRM vision to align with broader business objectives. This role involves collaborating across departments to design and implement impactful CRM solutions, providing expert support to business users, and ensuring compliance with hybrid work policies while fostering an inclusive culture.

The VP, CRM Developer will also contribute to marketing strategies through CRM enhancements and data insights, and mentor team members to promote professional growth and knowledge sharing. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in C#, Python, .NET Core, and SQL Server. Proficiency in advanced SQL querying, ETL tools, and a strong knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, and relevant APIs is essential.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Microservices, and master data management concepts, as well as technical writing and documentation proficiency, are also required. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial products and portfolio management processes, and demonstrate inclusive behaviors and compliance with hybrid work policies. Key responsibilities include developing and integrating CRM solutions leveraging Azure and Microsoft Fabric technologies, creating applications using Azure App Services and Azure SQL Database, and managing vendor relationships.
