Job Summary:
\nWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administration professional to oversee and manage the organization's administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning, vendor management, facility management, asset management, and compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nAdministration & Facility Management

- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. \n
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance activities. \n
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements. \n
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of office infrastructure and assets. \n
Vendor & Procurement Management
\n- \n
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. \n
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. \n
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely contract renewals. \n
Asset Management
\n- \n
- Maintain records of company assets and inventory. \n
- Conduct periodic audits of office assets and equipment. \n
- Ensure proper allocation and tracking of assets. \n
Compliance & Documentation
\n- \n
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements related to administration. \n
- Maintain administrative records, agreements, licenses, and documentation. \n
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for audits and inspections. \n
Budget Management
\n- \n
- Prepare and monitor administration budgets. \n
- Control operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. \n
- Generate periodic reports on administrative expenditures. \n
Team Management
\n- \n
- Supervise administrative staff, housekeeping personnel, security staff, and support teams. \n
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance. \n
- Conduct training and development activities for the administration team. \n
Event & Travel Coordination
\n- \n
- Manage office events, meetings, conferences, and employee engagement activities. \n
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. \n
- MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage. \n
Required Skills:

- Strong administration and facility management experience. \n
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills. \n
- Budgeting and cost-control expertise. \n
- Strong leadership and team management abilities. \n
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. \n
Preferred Experience:

- Experience managing large office facilities and multiple locations. \n
- Exposure to educational institutions, corporate offices, or service industries. \n
- Experience handling administration teams of 5+ members. \n
