Job Description

Company Description DotCom Growth is a results-driven agency specializing in digital growth planning, strategy, and execution to drive business success. We provide data-driven digital marketing solutions tailored to SMEs, startups, and enterprises, helping businesses unlock their growth potential. Our team is composed of passionate professionals committed to delivering impactful results. At DotCom Growth, we believe in empowering businesses to excel in the digital landscape. This role is specifically to promote our IT services for which we have inhouse team of 50+ Developers Role Overview We need a designer who understands that beautiful is irrelevant if it does not convert. Every wireframe, prototype, and final design you produce must be driven by user behaviour data, conversion principles, and the specific psychology of an enterprise IT services buyer. You will design for CTOs and VPs of Engineering in the US and UK — not for design awards. Portfolio submissions without B2B technology work will not be considered. What You Will Deliver • CRO-First Design — Wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for service pages, landing pages, and microsite builds — with CRO principles embedded from the first frame • UX Audit — Full UX audit of existing a3logics.com — heatmap interpretation, user flow analysis, drop-off identification, and redesign recommendations backed by data • A/B Test Design — Design specifications for A/B test variants — not aesthetic changes, but conversion-hypothesis-driven variants tested against measurable metrics • Design System — Component-level design system — consistent UI components for forms, CTAs, navigation, trust signals, and cards that the development team can implement without constant design intervention • Mobile-First — Mobile-first designs — every page designed for mobile behaviour first, desktop second • Interaction Design — Interaction design specifications — micro-animations, hover states, form interactions — documented clearly for developers • Cross-Team Collaboration — Collaboration with SEO and content teams to ensure page structure supports both UX goals and SEO requirements simultaneously Non-Negotiable Requirements • 4+ years UI/UX design with a portfolio containing B2B technology or IT services projects — not primarily e-commerce or consumer apps • Demonstrable understanding of conversion rate optimisation — you can articulate why design decisions improve conversion, not just that they look good • Proficiency in Figma — auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, and developer handoff • Experience interpreting heatmap and session recording data — Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or equivalent • Understanding of accessibility standards — WCAG 2.1 AA compliance • Strong English communication — you will present design rationale to non-design stakeholders • Experience designing for international markets — US and UK user behaviour patterns What Will Get You Shortlisted Faster • Prior work on IT services company websites, SaaS landing pages, or enterprise software products • Case studies showing measurable conversion improvement from your design changes • Experience designing consultation booking flows, lead capture forms, and trust-signal architecture • Knowledge of how page structure affects SEO — above-fold content, heading hierarchy, crawlability Deliverable Timeline Expectations • Initial wireframes — within 5 business days of brief • High-fidelity prototype — within 3 business days of wireframe approval • Developer handoff files — within 2 business days of design sign-off • Revision rounds — maximum 2 included per deliverable.

Additional rounds billable separately. Perks & Culture ✦ Flexible remote engagement — work from anywhere, deliver on agreed timelines ✦ Performance-linked retainer — consistent quality leads to ongoing project pipeline ✦ International project exposure — design work used in US and UK market campaigns ✦ Direct collaboration with senior marketing and SEO leadership — no junior middlemen ✦ Merit-based progression to retainer relationship for high-performing contractors
