Description: This position is in a dedicated stroke unit. The unit has 30 beds. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4. Candidates should have experience in managing complex medical conditions. The focus is on providing high-quality care for patients requiring step-down services. Emergency situations such as sepsis and trauma will be part of the case load. Nurses will be involved in postoperative care for surgical patients. Teamwork and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
