Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Fredericksburg, VA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,200 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:00 Required: - VA or compact license - ACLS - NIH - 2 yrs experience The SICU's population is more specialized, with trauma patients, CV surgery patients (such as TAVRs and CABGs directly from the OR), neurosurgery patients, and other complicated surgical patients.* Special Requirements/Skills: Interpretation & management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, blood product administration; Diagnoses include: acute ventilator need, COVID with high O2 demand, DKA, severe sepsis, unstable GI bleed, trauma cases, open heart recovery, TAVR recovery, s/p code blue, multi system organ failure, need for CRRT. Job Details: Start date: ASAP Ratios: 1:2-3. If floating to step down it can be 1:3-4. (Ratios will be appropriate to skill level and acuity during required float) First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Every other Is on-call REQ?
