We are looking for a Transactions Analyst to join our European Transactions team. Working alongside experienced Transactions professionals, you'll support acquisitions and strategic transactions across multiple European markets, gaining exposure to every stage of the investment lifecycle.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial problem-solving. You'll work on transactions from initial underwriting through to completion, collaborating with colleagues across Europe while building the technical and commercial skills. Success in this role isn't defined solely by previous experience.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical ability, intellectual curiosity and a genuine can‑do attitude, someone who enjoys taking ownership, embraces new challenges and is motivated to grow within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial business.

Our policy requires working from the office three days a week, but please be aware that for this role you’re required to be at the office 5 days a week.

What you’ll do

  • Support acquisitions and disposals across multiple European markets from initial analysis through to completion.
  • Build and maintain financial models, helping evaluate investment opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed market, portfolio and financial analysis to identify opportunities and assess investment risks.
  • Help coordinate due diligence activities with Legal, Finance, Treasury, Asset Management and external advisers.
  • Prepare presentations, investment papers and supporting analysis for senior stakeholders and investment committees.
  • Analyse market trends, leasing activity and comparable transactions to support investment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple countries and business functions, contributing wherever support is needed.
  • Continuously develop your technical, commercial and market knowledge while taking on increasing ownership of transactions

What you’ll bring

  • Approximately 2–5 years' experience in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting or another analytical environment.
  • A genuine interest in real estate investment and transactions.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability.
  • The ability to interpret data, solve problems and communicate insights clearly.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and a genuine can‑do attitude. You enjoy taking ownership and finding solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, enabling you to work effectively with colleagues across different countries and cultures.
  • Fluency in English. Additional European languages are an advantage but are not essential.
  • The ambition to continue learning and developing into a broader transactions role over time.
