Location: Nagpur Graduate (MBA/HR preferred) Industry: Financial Services / NBFC 3–5 years experience in Training / Collections / Recovery (Bank/NBFC preferred) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Training Facilitator to train and develop our Telecalling and Field Collections team. The candidate will be responsible for improving recovery performance through structured training on customer handling, communication, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities: - Train telecallers on collections calling, negotiation, and follow-ups - Train field executives on customer visits, behavior, and recovery techniques - Conduct induction and refresher training programs - Develop training modules on communication, grooming, and customer handling - Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct - Train staff on handling difficult and delinquent customers - Monitor performance through call audits and field feedback - Coordinate with operations team to identify training needs
