Forensic Analyst

Job Title: Digital Forensic Analyst – Presales Location: Delhi (On-site) Experience: 2–5 Years Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Forensic Analyst – Presales who will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution consulting for digital forensics solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of digital investigation workflows and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients . Key Responsibilities Work closely with the sales team to support client meetings and technical discussions .

Deliver product demonstrations and presentations for digital forensics solutions. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions . Prepare technical documents, solution proposals, and RFP responses .

Assist in proof of concept (POC) deployments and technical evaluations . Provide technical consultation to government agencies, law enforcement, and enterprise clients . Stay updated with latest digital forensics technologies and investigation methodologies .

Support the sales team in solution positioning and technical objections handling . Required Skills Knowledge of Digital Forensics, Cyber Forensics, or Incident Investigation . Familiarity with forensic tools and investigation processes .

Strong presentation and communication skills . Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders . Experience in client-facing technical roles or presales support is preferred.

Good to Have Experience working with law enforcement, investigation agencies, or cybersecurity solutions . Exposure to digital evidence handling, forensic imaging, or analysis tools . Understanding of cybercrime investigation processes .
