Job Description
Purpose - To expand the distribution network in the assigned territory Job Responsibilities - To manage identified set & increase wood coating Dealer & Contractor network. To generate site leads and ensure healthy site pipeline from premium range of wood coatings. Conduct samplings on site for dealer, contractor, architects and Interior designers. To brief the dealers on entire wood coating range and drive business with the help of schemes and target products. To conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, painters etc for business development. To coordinate with retail team and ensure proper visibility of our wood coating products at counters. To fill the plan & daily reports in CRM/ Flo app etc. To achieve targeted weighted reach & numeric reach in his territory. To achieve targeted PU tinting CCD reach in his territory.
Candidate Requirements - 2 - 6 year's experience in wood coating will be preferred. Any Graduate , MBA preferred.
