As Territory Sales Manager for the Upper Extremity team, you drive growth in your NHS and private-sector territory by maintaining key accounts and developing new opportunities. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, deliver product demonstrations and training, and support operating theatre cases. This role sits in a fast-growing division focused on improving patient outcomes through advanced shoulder solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow existing business in key upper extremity accounts
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the territory
  • Build relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders (surgeons, theatre managers, nursing, procurement, finance)
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
  • Cover cases in operating theatres within key accounts
  • Collaborate with teams to drive territory growth and superior customer experience
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare/medical devices
  • demonstrated track record of success

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • commercial acumen with NHS knowledge and theatre environment experience
  • valid UK driving license
