Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

• Drive sales target achievement across segments.
• Implement strategies for performance improvement.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and fleets.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.

3. Market Expansion and Penetration:

• Identify and exploit untapped markets for business growth.
• Develop plans to increase product penetration and market share.

4. Product and Market Insights:

• Analyze customer feedback and market trends.
• Provide insights to enhance sales efficiency and product offering.

5. Technical Team Support:

• Assist Technical services team by assessing certain percentage of claim tyres.

6. Coordination and Reporting:

• Coordinate with commercial and marketing teams.
• Generate timely reports for regional office.

7. Compliance and Standardization:

• Ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.
• Address market complaints and drive efficiency improvements proactively.
