Lead the commercialization of EnviroMix technology as a Territory Manager at Xylem in Canada. Develop new markets while training sales teams and establishing strong client relationships in wastewater treatment. Xylem, a global water solutions leader, is hiring a Territory Manager to oversee the sales of innovative EnviroMix mixing technology.
In this senior role, you will engage with municipal representatives, engineers, and end-users to generate sales opportunities. You will also manage multiple projects from inquiry through to successful implementation across your territory. Key Responsibilities: • Train sales representatives to achieve territory goals • Build relationships with end-users and designers • Identify opportunities within municipal organizations • Prospect and engage new clients for growth • Coordinate proposals and oversee contract negotiations Requirements: • Bachelor’s in mechanical or environmental field • 10+ years in municipal wastewater sales • Experience with consultative selling techniques • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM • Strong communication and negotiation skills Utilize your expertise in sales and wastewater processes to drive results at Xylem, impacting communities through innovative water solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
