Role Description Ayam Tech is looking for a high-impact Technology Sales Head for our latest digital product called TimePe for a specialized 3-month growth project . Your mission: Lead the ground-level expansion of TimePe , our flagship mobile app designed to eliminate patient wait times and optimize clinic efficiency.
We’ve built the tech; now we need a powerhouse to bridge the gap between our innovation and the medical community in Delhi. Scope or Work (3-months) Clinic Onboarding: Directly engage with doctors and clinic owners in the Delhi area to pitch, demo, and onboard them onto the TimePe platform. Strategic Execution: Convert your existing network and new leads into active partners, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to app integration.
Team & Scaling: To ensure maximum reach during this 3-month window, you will have the authority to pull in additional sales resources. As you identify high-potential clusters, we will provide the tactical support and additional personnel for you to manage, ensuring a deeper and faster market spread. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside our backend technical and admin teams to ensure a seamless "onboarding experience" for every doctor you sign.
Who You Are The Medical Connector: You have deep experience selling digital products or technology to doctors and healthcare providers. The Closer: You don't just "pitch"—you convert. You understand how to communicate the ROI of efficiency to busy medical professionals.
The Self-Starter: You thrive in a startup environment where you are given the autonomy to lead your own schedule and strategy. Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding high performance with a combination of stability and long-term upside: Fixed Retainer: INR 50,000 per month. Performance Equity (Variable): Earn a 20% recurring commission (INR 2 out of every INR 10 charged per patient) for an entire year for every clinic you successfully onboard.
Support System: Full access to our technical and administrative teams to handle the "heavy lifting" of setup and support. Future Growth: Successful completion of this project opens the door to a long-term leadership role within Ayam Tech.
