Job Title: Technical Program Manager Location: Montreal, QC Contract The Technical Program Manager will support the delivery of large-scale security initiatives within the Technology and Operations Risk organization. This role partners with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute complex programs, ensuring alignment to portfolio roadmaps, delivery standards, and business objectives. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in Program Management, Process Management, or Software Delivery. • Experience delivering complex technical programs within cloud or software engineering environments. • Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile frameworks. • Experience working in organizations that use agile methodologies for software delivery. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate delivery across matrixed teams. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. • Experience influencing stakeholders and managing priorities in complex delivery environments. • Ability to manage risk, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple initiatives. • One or more relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach) preferred. • Technical Domain Knowledge (Hands On Coding Not Required) • The role requires sufficient technical depth to facilitate architecture and system discussions, reviews, and go live activities, including experience in one or more of the following: • Major public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • Vulnerability management and remediation • Application security • Automation and CI/CD tools and practices • Public cloud security practices and services
