Senior Project Manager – AML Transformation & Enterprise Delivery Toronto, ON | Hybrid (2 days/week in office) Contract through October 31, 2026 | Strong Extension Potential Pay: T4 - $71.73 INC - $82.15 What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise projects across business, operations, and technology teams Own project planning, execution, governance, financial tracking, risk management, and delivery outcomes Drive strategic AML-focused initiatives within a complex banking environment Partner closely with program and portfolio managers while managing multiple stakeholders across varying seniority levels Facilitate Steering Committees, governance meetings, executive updates, and project briefings Build and manage integrated project plans, resource plans, contingency plans, and key PM artifacts Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives Coordinate across business, operational, vendor, and IT teams throughout the full project lifecycle Oversee project controls, reporting, escalation management, and delivery quality standards Contribute to PMO best practices and help drive execution excellence across the enterprise What We’re Looking For 8+ years of Senior Project Management experience within a major banking institution (Big 5 preferred) Strong AML project experience within financial services Proven experience managing complex enterprise programs using waterfall delivery methodologies Strong financial management and forecasting capabilities Comfortable working within program/portfolio structures and managing competing priorities Experience using MS Project for integrated delivery planning and tracking Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction Ability to work independently, make decisions autonomously, and escalate appropriately Work Environment & Details Hybrid model: 2 days/week onsite 37.5-hour work week Long-term contract with strong possibility of extension Interview Process Round 1: Reporting Manager Round 2: Hiring Manager
