Hudson is partnering with a well known enterprise organisation undergoing a major technology transformation. An opportunity has opened for an experienced Technology Manager to lead a high performing engineering function across Integration, iPaaS, and cloud platforms.

This role will suit a people focused technology leader who enjoys building capable teams, improving delivery maturity, and creating clear operating rhythms in a changing environment.

The Role

You will lead a team of around 30 technology professionals across platform and integration services. Responsibilities include people leadership, workforce planning, delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across the function. You will work closely with senior leaders to support a move toward agile squad-based delivery models and help shape how teams are structured for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑disciplinary technology team
• Drive accountability, performance, and team capability uplift
• Support delivery planning, resource allocation, and prioritisation
• Improve ways of working across engineering and project delivery teams
• Partner with stakeholders across technology and business functions
• Provide oversight across integration, platform, and cloud services
• Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities

• Authentication and security controls
• Versioning and lifecycle management
• Event driven architecture and event streaming
• CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Encryption and data protection
• SQL databases
• Infrastructure and networking fundamentals

About You

• Proven experience leading medium size technology firms
• Strong people leadership with a balanced and pragmatic style
• Background in software engineering, integration, or platform environments
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to lead through change and bring structure to evolving teams
