As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering these solutions, working alongside the Head of Legal Technology to support high-profile matters, implement innovative technologies, and help shape the future of legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
In consultation with the Head of Legal Technology and the LTS team nationally:
- Assist and advise both internal and external clients on the best practice on the collection, analysis, review and production of evidence
- Collect evidence in a forensically sound matter
- Manipulate data into meaningful formats, reports, and statistics
- Conduct digital investigations via Data Analytics
- Manage documents review via Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Predictive Coding
- Provide technical support throughout the matter lifecycle
- Promote LTS and its services
- Research, test and implement market-leading solutions for forensic and e-discovery services

As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering these solutions, working alongside the Head of Legal Technology to support high-profile matters, implement innovative technologies, and help shape the future of legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
In consultation with the Head of Legal Technology and the LTS team nationally:
- Assist and advise both internal and external clients on the best practice on the collection, analysis, review and production of evidence
- Collect evidence in a forensically sound matter
- E-discovery process data via distributed cloud computing
- Manipulate data into meaningful formats, reports, and statistics
- Conduct digital investigations via Data Analytics
- Manage documents review via Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Predictive Coding
- Provide technical support throughout the matter lifecycle
- Promote LTS and its services
- Research, test and implement market-leading solutions for forensic and e-discovery services
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Solid technical skills are essential with Information Technology related qualifications .e.g. a degree in Computer Science
- Experience with electronic discovery software such as Ringtail, Relativity, Nuix, eDiscovery Tools, or similar products is highly advantageous
- A sound knowledge of database concepts with experience in the use of one or more database applications
- Ability to manipulate data in Excel, Access, and SQL
- Good ability to understand and modify HTML source code
- A sound knowledge of Windows environments
- Ability to grasp instructions quickly
- Attention to detail
- Ability to quality assure all work to a high standard
- Excellent analytical interpretation and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to all staff and clients
- Excellent organisational skills
- Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
