Role Description The Team Leader Sales Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The role involves leading a sales team, setting daily and weekly sales targets, and monitoring performance to achieve revenue and inventory goals.
The Team Leader will guide team members through the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, property presentations, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closure of deals. This position includes developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Team Leader will also track market trends, prepare basic sales reports, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support training and mentoring of team members.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills to drive property transactions and deliver a positive client experience. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and negotiation capability. Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - 5 - 15 YEARS in Real Estate Relevant experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR is strongly preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. Ability to work on-site, including conducting property visits and client meetings, with flexibility for peak real estate hours and weekends as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
