Handle inbound leads from digital platforms, portals, and campaigns Qualify high-net-worth (HNI) prospects and understand requirements Schedule and coordinate site visits for sales team Provide detailed project information (pricing, amenities, location advantages) Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to drive conversions Ensure excellent customer experience during initial interactions Update and manage lead data in CRM systems Coordinate with sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads Track lead status, conversions, and report performance
