Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales

We’re Hiring: Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate Sales Industry: Real Estate / Channel Partner / Property Sales Anokhi Homes is expanding its Hyderabad sales team and looking for experienced Relationship Managers who can handle qualified property leads, build strong customer relationships, arrange site visits, follow up professionally, and convert opportunities into closures. This role is suitable for candidates who already have hands-on experience in real estate sales and want to grow in a performance-driven environment with strong earning potential. Key Responsibilities • Handle qualified real estate leads and convert them into site visits and bookings. • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential projects. • Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings. • Coordinate site visits with customers and project teams. • Maintain proper lead updates in CRM on a daily basis. • Build strong relationships with customers and support them until closure. • Achieve monthly site visit and sales targets. • Coordinate with TL/Manager for lead quality, follow-ups, and closure support.

Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales is mandatory. • Experience in residential property sales, channel partner sales, or builder sales is preferred. • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing ability. • Should be target-oriented, disciplined, and result-focused. • Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market will be an added advantage.
