Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (Near Okhla NSIC Metro Station) Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Work from Office Experience: 3โ€“5 Years Compensation: As per industry standards Preference: Immediate Joiners About the Role Companies /organisations participating in trade shows and exhibitions require professionally designed and fabricated booths to showcase their brands, products, and services. We specialize in designing, fabricating, and executing customised exhibition booths and event experiences. As a Fabrication Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential exhibitors, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams to develop suitable solutions, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and approach companies participating in exhibitions and trade shows. Generate new business opportunities by connecting with exhibitors, brands, event organizers, and agencies. Promote the company's booth design, fabrication, and exhibition solutions.

Negotiate and close deals while achieving assigned revenue targets. Drive repeat business and long-term account growth. Client Management Understand client requirements, exhibition objectives, booth specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle. Technical & Commercial Understanding and Proposal & Project Coordination Read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and fabrication specifications to ensure client requirements and sales commitments are aligned with production capabilities.

Coordinate with Design and Production teams to develop customised proposals and quotations. Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution. Pipeline Management & Networking Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and expand business opportunities.

Maintain an active sales pipeline, client database, and opportunity tracker. Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and reports to management. What We're Looking For 3โ€“5 years of experience in Exhibition Sales, Fabrication Sales, Event Sales, Advertising Sales, or B2B Solution Sales.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM usage. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and agencies.

Proactive, target-driven approach, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts. Willingness to work extended hours or weekends during peak exhibition periods and to visit client sites and venues within and outside Delhi as required.
