Job Description: To drive sales growth within Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Large Processing Industries by actively seeking and following up on leads, visiting current and potential clients and selling the full product range. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, generating new business, expanding the customer base and ensuring that their needs are met through effective product recommendations and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1.
Actively seek and follow up on sales leads; visit existing and potential SME and Large Processing Industry (LPI) clients to expand the customer base 2. Drive growth of SME and Large Processing Industry (LPI) accounts by achieving targeted sales increases 3. Sell the entire product basket to meet sales objectives 4.
Ensure each team member generates new SME and Large Processing Industry (LPI) accounts within their assigned regions 5. Track and report the number of new accounts generated. 6. Expand the dealer network into unrepresented geographies. 7.
Oversee demand generation efforts and ensure new demand is visible and actionable. 8. Conduct corporate product presentations with SMEs and Large Processing Industries (LPIs), ensuring effective communication of product benefits 9. Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs effectively. 10.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs. 11. Continously enhance your and teams technical knowledge.
