Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company. Talent Acquisition Manager responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates. If you have previous experience in a senior recruiting position and know how to build a strong employer brand, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals. Responsibilities: · Partnering with Hiring Managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end recruiting cycle. · Sourcing passive candidates through various sourcing channels and social media activities. · Working cross-functionally with different Talent Acquisition and People teams in your region and globally. · Domestic IT Staffing/Recruitment (Contract to Hire/Premanent). · Review job descriptions to understand the requirement and source the right candidate for the role. · Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings · Implement online and offline employer branding activities · Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget · Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) · Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans · Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters · Responsible for sourcing and screening resumes using job portals, networking, social media, referrals. · Performing telephonic screening , interviews with candidates. · Submitted screened profiles with recommendations to business/ hiring managers for immediate joiners' placement. · Preparing daily status report, weekly report and participating in daily recruitment meetings and weekly review calls.
