About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as an HR Manager – Learning & Development . This role will focus on driving organizational capability through strategic L&D initiatives and effective implementation of training programs. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Learning & Development strategies • Identify training needs and build competency frameworks • Lead leadership development and employee upskilling initiatives • Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders to align L&D with business goals Key Requirements • MBA in HR (mandatory) • 12+ years of experience in Human Resources • Strong expertise in Learning & Development • Proven experience in strategy formulation and execution • Excellent command over training design and implementation Required Skills • Strategic thinking and execution excellence • Strong leadership and stakeholder management • Analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills How to Apply Interested candidates can share their profiles or email their CV at
