Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Franklin, MA - Hybrid Position Type: Temp Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruiting operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. As the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, you will directly influence our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities Interview Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule high-volume phone and video (Zoom/Teams). Manage calendars for recruiters and hiring managers, resolving scheduling conflicts swiftly.
Provide candidates with all necessary details prior to their interviews (e.g., agendas, tech setups, office directions). Candidate Experience & Logistics: Act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the interview lifecycle with clear, empathetic, and timely communication. Gather and track interview feedback from hiring teams to keep the recruitment process moving efficiently.
Complete onboarding process and I‑9. Onboarding & Special Projects: Partner with HR and IT to transition selected candidates smoothly into the onboarding phase. Skills and Qualifications Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a coordinator, HR assistant, administrative, or customer‑facing role, or a newly graduated HR professional.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or MS Office 365. Experience with an ATS is highly desirable. Communication: Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills with a great customer‑service mindset.
Organization: Elite multitasking and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑evolving environment. Discretion: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity. Preferred (Nice‑to‑Haves) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
