About the Role Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Operations to support our executive recruiting team and hiring managers in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, aligning candidates and interviewers Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters throughout the interview process Manage and update interview details in the Phenom People CRM Prepare and send interview confirmations, agendas, and follow‑up communications to all stakeholders Assist with candidate travel arrangements (if applicable) Maintain and track data to support reporting on interview logistics and hiring activity Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks Contribute to projects that enhance the TA team's efficiency, candidate experience, and employer brand Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) or Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when managing logistics or data Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong organizational and multitasking skills, managing shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team Benefits Competitive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance) 401(k) retirement plan Flexible spending and HSA accounts Paid holidays and paid time off Paid volunteer days Employee assistance program Tuition assistance; parental leave; military leave assistance QTS scholarship for dependents Additional wellness and charitable programs Equal Employment Opportunity We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
