Tactical Resource Planning Analyst Job Summar yThe Tactical Resource Planning Analyst is responsible for workforce planning, capacity management, and operational resource optimization. This role ensures customer commitments are met by aligning workforce availability, demand forecasts, and operational requirements while supporting cost-effective service delivery . Qualificati ons2+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Resource Planning, Forecasting, Capacity Planning, or Operations Planni ng.Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Shee ts.Experience working with workforce planning, scheduling, forecasting, or operational syste ms.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abiliti es.Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experien ce.
