IT Business Systems Analyst – NetSuite Location: Pune (Hybrid – 3 days/week) Duration: 6+ Months Experience: 8+ Years Shift: IST (with slight overlap) Role Overview Looking for an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in NetSuite Finance (Core, R2R, S2P) to drive finance process optimization and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve NetSuite finance processes (R2R, S2P) Gather and document business requirements Act as a bridge between finance and tech teams Participate in Agile ceremonies Support UAT, implementation, and change management Leverage AI tools for efficiency Requirements 8+ years in Business Systems Analysis Strong experience in NetSuite & Finance processes Experience with ERP/SaaS tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, Blackline) Hands-on with Agile & Jira Strong communication & stakeholder management skills If Intrested.
