As a Citi sales and trading Markets Intern you will gain exposure to fast‑paced and dynamic financial markets and contribute to real‑time trading and sales tasks.

Program Exposure

• In‑depth classroom style training and education on a variety of Markets products and fundamentals.
• Senior leadership and on‑desk work experience; working with the best and brightest on the trading floor.
• 1:1 support from a mentor and buddy who will help guide you on the program and show you the ropes.
• Formal and informal networking social events including cohort catch‑ups and lunch & learn sessions.
• Pitching a presentation to your mentors and the senior leadership team at the end of the program.

We want to hear from you, if you:

• Are a results‑oriented, driven student with second to none passion for markets!
• Have exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a fast‑moving and dynamic environment.
• Are a penultimate or final year student pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree in Australia or New Zealand.
• Have a strong academic record from all disciplines, including but not limited to Commerce, Finance, STEM, Actuarial & Law.
• Have demonstrated strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills through extra‑curriculum activity.

Top performing Summer Analysts will be hired to join the following year’s Graduate Analyst Program in 2028.
