Job Description

The Studio Manager is a highly motivated and experienced professional who is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, and leading a team of artists and coordinators to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. Responsibilities: Operations Management - Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including overseeing walk-in clients and providing exceptional service to customers to turn them into repeat clients. - Managing and mentoring the Studio Coordinator and other staff members to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and developing their skills. - Ensuring that all studio operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety and data protection standards. - Managing the P&L (Profit and Loss) for the studio, including monitoring income and expenses to ensure that the studio is operating at a profit. - Developing and managing the studio's budget and monitoring expenses to ensure that they stay within budget. Team Management - Maintain optimal staff coverage based on business needs while ensuring effective resource allocation. - Conduct daily team briefings to communicate key updates, assignments, client expectations, and operational goals.

Foster transparency, accountability, and alignment across the team. - Design and implement training programs to enhance team performance, customer service, hygiene practices, and compliance with studio protocols. Facilitate continuous learning through workshops, coaching, and performance reviews. Customer Service - Provide personalised customer service to create an immersive experience for each customer. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase studio sales, by following up with clients and making 30 calls a day to new inquiries. - Coordinating with the design team and clients to deliver designs on time and meeting client expectations.

Reporting - Communicating with the HQ sales team to increase sales and identifying process gaps to help the HQ improve processes. - Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager to keep them informed of the studio's performance. Data Management Requirement: - 3+ experience in a similar role, such as customer service, sales, or operations management, could be beneficial. Experience working in a retail or service-oriented business could be useful. - A positive, customer-service oriented attitude, ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers, ability to work well in a team environment and a strong work ethic are key attributes for this role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role. - Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make decisions based on that data is important.
