Experience: 10 years in Quality Engineering/Test Management, with experience leading enterprise HR technology testing programs involving Workday and/or Phenom platforms. Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Test Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and manage a team of 15 QA professionals supporting Workday and Phenom implementation, integration, enhancement, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a customer-facing leader who can understand business challenges, define testing strategies, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 15 testers across Workday and Phenom testing engagements. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, driving effective communication and relationship management. Understand business requirements, analyze problem statements, and propose appropriate testing and quality assurance solutions.
Define and manage test strategy, test planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery milestones. Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, and UAT support activities across Workday, Phenom, and related third-party systems. Drive defect triage, issue resolution, and quality governance while ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery commitments.
Track testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and testing optimization. Required Skills: Strong experience in Workday testing (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Integrations, etc.).
Good understanding of Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) platform , including Career Site, CRM, Talent Marketing, Recruiting, and Workday/ATS integrations. Proven experience managing QA teams of 15 members and handling client-facing delivery responsibilities. Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Testmo. Familiarity with workday automation frameworks and tools.
