Job Description Job Description ALittle Tea is currently seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our store. Responsibilities: Supervise team of restaurant workers Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Order and control store inventory Train and evaluate employees Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Resolve escalated customer complaints ​ Qualifications: At least 5 years of manager experience in Coffee Shop or Milk Tea Stores Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demanding customers Excellent written and communication skills Fluent in both English and Chinese Strong coaching qualities Company Description ALittle Tea is a power house in serving top-quality Boba and Milk Tea with 3000+ store world-wide.
