Key responsibilities include: Supervising and scheduling field janitorial teams to ensure efficient operations. Providing hands-on training and ongoing support to cleaning staff. Conducting multiple nightly site visits to monitor quality and performance. Managing inventory and order necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. Collaborating with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed to standards. Qualifications typically include: Proven experience in a supervisory or management role. Bilingual in English and Spanish . Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
